If you have an employee who is leaving their job, you can let us know by filling in an Employer Notification Form.

Once we receive the form, we'll write to your employee to let them know what happens next.

Did you know that employees can continue contributing to their Quadrant super account through their new employer or invest their super in a Quadrant Super Pension if they are retiring.
