New employees
It's easy to join Quadrant. Simply provide your new employee with a Quadrant Member Guide.
Your new employee will need to complete the following forms:

Once your employee has completed the details, sign the Quadrant Investment Choice Application Form and send it to us at Quadrant. Keep the Standard Choice Form with your superannuation records (you can add the employee's membership number once their membership form is processed).
Once we've processed the employee's membership form, we'll send them a welcome letter with their membership number and information about Quadrant.
